How many photos can I upload per order?
You can upload one photo for each magnet in your pack. For example, a 6-pack lets you upload up to 6 different images. If you want multiple copies of the same photo, just upload it more than once.

Can I crop or adjust my photos?
Yes! During the upload process, you’ll be able to resize and crop your image to a square format. We recommend using clear, high-resolution images for the best results.

What size are the magnets?
Each magnet is a 2"x2" square — small, strong, and perfect for fridges, lockers, or workspaces.

How fast will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS, and most U.S. customers receive their packages in under a week. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, feel free to reach out through our Contact page and we’ll assist you. If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update your information.

Where are you located?
We're a small handmade business based in Fairfax County, Virginia. Each magnet is carefully crafted by hand.

Can I use copyrighted images?
No — we can only print images that you own or have permission to use. This means no copyrighted characters, logos, or professional photos unless you have the rights.

Are the magnets durable?
Yes! We use high-quality materials and professional-grade printing to ensure your magnets are vibrant, strong, and built to last.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned as we expand shipping options beyond the U.S.
